We continue to specialize in Steel and Aluminum prototype and production. Through our expansion, we have focused on high-quantity production on top of our prototype manufacturing. Below are examples of components manufactured at DJ Fab:

  • Frames
  • Weldments
  • Chassis
  • Panels
  • Brackets
  • Hinges
  • Covers
  • Boxes
  • Trusses
  • Machining

Sheetmetal: For years, we have focused on small quantity orders with quick deliveries on all sheetmetal components. Chassis, panels, brackets, boxes and all kinds of shapes and sizes, complete with powdercoat or plating at the customer's discretion. We urge our customers to work with us, ask questions, to determine the best sheet metal design for all products.

Finishing: We offer powdercoating, painting, plating (zinc, iridite, anodize, electroless nickel, electropolish and many others), and silkscreening. For processes not done in-house, we outsource to local trusted vendors, who generally offer a one-day turnaround.

Frames: Over the past few years, we have increased our welding section and now focus more on large and small frames. Many frames are built with heavy steel or aluminum tubing, plate and/or barstock. Our recent addition to our welding section has enabled us to build bigger, more complex frames much more effiently. Many times, we often combine sheet metal and frame work, acting as a one stop shop for our customers.

Assembly: In addition to framework and sheetmetal, we also offer full assemblies. Many of our frames are sold with sheetmetal components (panels, brackets, covers, caster brackets, chassis) as well as purchased items, such as leveling pads, casters, tie mounts, handles, chambers, and electronical components. We are flexible to our customer needs regarding any assembly work.

If you have any questions on framework or sheetmetal construction, please contact our General Manager George Southard.
